Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Roblawmax subscriptions are billed and cancelled, and how we handle refunds.

How billing works
Roblawmax is offered as a subscription only, billed in advance in USD. We do not sell one-off credit packs. Your subscription gives you access to the service for the period you have paid for.
Payments are processed securely by our PCI-compliant payment providers — Stripe, PayPal, or Creem. Where Creem is used, it acts as the Merchant of Record, meaning Creem is the seller of record for that transaction and issues your invoice. Charges appear on your statement as ROBLAWMAX PIVOT.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time directly from your billing page in your account, or through the secure billing portal linked there. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect without needing to contact us.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period. We do not cut off access immediately on cancellation.
Refunds and unused allowances
Because subscriptions are billed in advance for a defined period:
- Unused handbook allowances do not roll over and are not refunded at the end of a billing period.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods after you cancel, except where required by mandatory consumer law.
Renewals, annual plans and failed payments
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. If you are on an annual plan, it renews once a year on your renewal date; cancel before that date to avoid the next annual charge.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If it cannot be collected, your access may be paused or your subscription ended until billing is resolved.
Your statutory rights and contact
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded — for example, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or equivalent protections in your country. Those statutory rights are unaffected.
