Acceptance and what the service is
By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Roblawmax (the “service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Roblawmax is a software tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you think through a career pivot — generating career-pivot maps, skill-gap analyses, 90-day plans and salary-bridge estimates from the information you provide and from public data and industry averages. It is a decision-support tool only.
Roblawmax is not a recruitment service, employment agency, career-counseling, HR, financial or legal advisory service. The outputs are informational starting points, not professional advice. Please read the AI Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Roblawmax. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must notify us promptly at support@roblawmaxjobs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One person, one account — accounts may not be shared or transferred without our consent.
Subscriptions and billing
Roblawmax is offered on a paid subscription basis, billed in advance in USD. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges that renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. Payments are handled by our PCI-compliant payment providers — Stripe, PayPal, or Creem; we do not store your full card number. Where Creem is used, it acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for that transaction.
Charges appear on your statement as ROBLAWMAX PIVOT. For cancellation, renewal and refund details, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use and your content
You agree to use Roblawmax lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits, among other things, fabricating credentials, planning for others without their authorization, and misusing the service.
You retain ownership of the content you input — your résumé, profile details, job descriptions and chat messages. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.
We own Roblawmax, including the software, interface, models, prompts, branding and all related intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative products from the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” AI output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and you should verify anything important before acting on it.
We do not guarantee any career outcome — including that you will receive a job offer, reach a particular salary, or successfully change careers. Salary figures, timelines and difficulty scores are estimates, not promises. This is explained more fully in our AI Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROBLAWMAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED accepts no liability for decisions taken, or not taken, in reliance on the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination, changes, governing law and contact
You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes take effect when posted, and your continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
